Application guidelines for semester- or yearlong sabbaticals during the 2010-2011 academic year are due September 8, 2009.

View the sabbatical leave request cover sheet.  To complete the cover sheet, print it off and submit it to your Dean along with your supporting materials as delineated in the guidelines.
